Our unique classes target essential skills that will help your child throughout their formative years of growth and education.
KIDs Activities
Martial Art/Self Defense
Teaching core movements to awaken senses and soul and create an awareness of our bodies and how to protect them.
Baking
Through unique team building exercises, your child will learn to work together for a common goal, explore the science in baking, and have fun.
Yoga
Kids will learn how to reduce stress and improve concentration, mood balance and flexibility. Best of all, kids think yoga is fun!
Art
Let your kids experiment with materials, learn techniques, express themselves, explore their own hidden talents, and enjoy art!
Music
Kids will be guided to explore, enjoy and understand concepts of music. They will also learn to follow directions through music, movement and fun.
Dance
With the help of some guidance, kids will have the ability to move their body to music for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply taking delight in the movement itself.

With our unique inclusive classes, we target many useful skills and abilities that will help your child throughout their formative years of growth and education.
Adult Sessions
Spot of Dreams is poised to open Adult Community Sessions geared to adults 18+. Classes will be run separately for men and women. Our goal is to help teach adults life skills such as cooking, computer use, money management, sewing, photography and more. In order to create programming that meets your needs, we would love to hear from you about what would be of importance to you. Let us know by clicking on the button below and filling out the form. Adult Courses
Sewing
Beginning with a needle and thread, then moving on to working with sewing machines, each individual will walk out with a garment of clothing that they created from start to finish.
Computers
Starting with the essential Word and Excel programs, students will then move onto preliminary HTML and CSS gaining useful tips on how to use computers to make their everyday lives more efficient and interesting.
Photography
Capture that perfect picture by learning the proper lighting, camera settings and angles for each shot. Students will also learn the fundamentals of Photoshop so they can enhance their pictures to bring out the very best.
Culinary
Students will be introduced to new flavors and techniques in cooking, learn knife skills, plate presentation and walk out with a culinary certificate.
E-Commerce
Students will be assisted in setting up their own eBay and/or Amazon account and learn the basics of online buying and selling.
